What i am now working towards is to try find a way of expressing the obsession women have with their bodies and in these drawings i have exagerated the areas of the body that commonly come under constant scrutinity in the female gaze. I had hope these would challenge why they have this obsession but i have come to realise they are not putting this point across. They mearly are an exageration of what is already there, already seen in Lads mags etc.
I need to find a different way of putting my point across and i think this maybe through framing the female body in an act of obsession. Of critisism against herself.
